How is this different from automation or RPA?

How It Works

How do agents make decisions?

Every agent follows a 5-phase decision loop:

  • EXTRACT: Read and understand the input (invoice, bank statement, etc.)

  • DECIDE: Apply judgment within your configured boundaries
  • EXECUTE: Take action (post to ERP, send email, etc.)

Each decision includes a confidence score. If confidence falls below your threshold, it escalates to a human.

What are decision boundaries?

Boundaries define the permission zone where agents can act autonomously:

Where is my data stored?

UK data residency guaranteed. All data is stored in AWS eu-west-2 (London) with:

Your data never leaves the UK.
